After several days of no response, we sent another email on December 20, 2022. That evening she was sent another email and push notification. On Decemat 12:03am ET, she resubmitted her weigh-out video in the same place with the same bathmat underneath the back of the scale. Within 50 minutes of submission, our referees flagged the weigh-out, removed it from her account, and sent her both a push notification and an email from two different email addresses advising of the issue and requiring her to resubmit away from the bathmat and towel rack. This mat was not present in her starting video. This participant submitted her original weigh out on December 15, 2022, with a bathmat placed underneath the back of the scale. Even scale manufacturers indicate that their scales may not be accurate if there is something underneath them. She also knows there are rules regarding our weight verification process, including placing the scale on a hard flat surface free of obstruction. This participant knows this firsthand, as she has already won over $900 spanning 8 challenges on our platform over the past 3 years. Weve paid out over $53 million to our participants over the past 13+ years. They just care about tricking people into paying them money and then turning around and not holding up their end of the deal and running off with your money. Please please beware of this company, they don't care about your health at all. I will not let them win this rigged game they're trying to play. My video was valid, there was nothing wrong with it, but because they don't want to pay me, they are harrassing me and making me stressed out by forcing me to do something that is unfair. Now they want me to weigh in in a couple days which is straight up a BAIT AND SWITCH situation. This is WEEKS after my final winning weigh in! AND it's right after the holidays (and my birthday) during which I FULLY allowed myself to enjoy, in the process gaining some weight back. It was not until yesterday 1-6-22 when I decided to call them because I saw that the challenge had disappeared from the app! That was when they told me I had to send them an email, and they said they need me to redo my weigh in. I regularly checked the app (about twice a week) looking to see if there was any update on my winnings but there were no updates or notifications. However since then they have been really shady and claim to have emailed me twice (which I have never received) about redoing my weigh in. I have successfully lost the weight so according to their promise they should be paying me about $560 (I paid them $360). the challenge ended a few weeks ago on 12/15/22 and I successfully submitted my final weigh in video. I signed up for a weight loss challenge with Healthywage 6 months ago, and have been tracking my progress with the app with no issues. Please reply to let us know the updates on the review removals no later than February 15, 2023. However, if you remove the negative reviews posted, we will forgive the debt. The policies regarding chargebacks and remaining installments accepted in the agreement do dictate that any owed installments are subject to collections by other means (refer to the section regarding FEES in the Services Agreement attached). It is important to note that the 11 remaining installments (plus the one disputed) are still owed. With regards to your request, since you have disputed the charge (against the services agreement), we will work directly with your bank. If you could provide literature on this policy as it relates to installments (non-subscriptions), we would love to see it so that we can keep it in mind for future instances as this has never been mentioned in our 14 years of business. You mentioned a 30 minute policy which we are unfamiliar with. On the payment page, it does alert you on both the total amount that would be billed as well as our policies with cancellation.
